Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted via e-mail and followed by a phone text within 30 days after the product has been received. Shipping costs for misprinted/damaged/defective items, except for Customs/Duties Fees, will be covered.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via e-mail and followed by a phone text no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Any other returns must be in new, unopened condition. For returns such as these, the shipping will be the customers responsibility. All requests must be e-mailed and followed with a phone text. All claims must be approved within the 30 day time frame so do not wait to contact us at: axyourtrauma@proton.me and 848-216-1564. Title the subject line "Return Request".
